Pilot build
Rundown is in pilot.
This is the first build of Rundown. Our first shop is moving its office over from Workiz, one module at a time: clients and estimates first, invoices last. Sign-ups are open, and the trial includes everything below.
It is a pilot, so expect rough edges. Today Rundown is built for the office on a desktop browser. It works on a phone, but the workflow designed for techs in the field has not shipped.
In this build
- Clients, contacts, sites and scored leads
- Dispatch calendar with parts status and install segments
- Estimates with options, signature, deposits and progress schedules
- Jobs with per-opening checklists, photos and devices
- Invoices, progress billing, and card and ACH payments through Stripe
- Price book, live vendor pricing, purchase orders and the procurement board
- Booking page, client portal and review requests
- SMS and email inbox with automations
- Dashboard and standard reports
- Openings, hardware schedule import, life-safety matrix, permits and service plans
- AI lead parsing, reply drafts and job summaries
- Workiz CSV import
- Visualizer: the estimate rendered onto the client's door photo, with numbered callouts on the proposal
- Door Passport: QR labels per opening that open the door's record and a Report a problem button
- Hardware ID: identify hardware from a photo, match the price book, add the line
- Submittal and as-built packages built from openings, cut sheets, matrix, programming sheet, commissioning and photos
