You connect a Stripe account and charges are made directly on it. Payouts, disputes and tax forms stay with you. Rundown does not hold your money.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain words.

What counts as a user?

Anyone on your team with a login: owner, office, sales or tech. Clients using the portal or the booking page are not users and are not billed.

What happens when the trial ends?

The trial runs 14 days with every feature and no card. If you do not pick a plan, the account becomes read-only. Your data stays, and you can export it.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for the year up front at $79, $159 or $279 a month depending on the plan. That is about 20% less than paying monthly.

What is an SMS segment?

Carriers bill text messages in segments of up to 160 characters. A longer message uses more than one. Each plan includes a monthly pool, and extra segments are $0.015 each.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

Only on Starter, which adds 0.25% on top of Stripe's published rates. Pro and Business add nothing. Enterprise can negotiate rates. Stripe's published rates are 2.9% plus 30 cents for cards and 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. If the lower plan includes fewer users than you have, you will be asked to sort that out first.

Why are some items marked planned?

Rundown is a pilot build. Inventory, QuickBooks sync, custom reports, voice and the AI receptionist are on the roadmap and assigned to a plan, but they are not in the product yet. We would rather tell you now.

Is importing from Workiz really free?

Yes, on every plan. You export CSV files from Workiz, upload them, check the column mapping and review a dry run before anything is saved.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Every record type exports to CSV on every plan, and you can run a full account export yourself. Deleting an account has a 30-day hold in case you change your mind.
