Price it from today's cost. Send it with a signature line.

Every line knows its cost, vendor, part number and lead time. The buyer gets one link to compare options, sign and pay the deposit. You get told when they open it.

Estimates and proposals are on every plan. Live vendor pricing and hardware schedule import start on Pro.

What it does

  • 01

    Costed lines

Unit cost, vendor, vendor part and lead time on every line. Margin per line and per estimate is shown to office roles only.

  • 02

    Refresh vendor prices

Pull your current dealer prices into the estimate. You see a list of what moved before anything is applied.

  • 03

    Grouped by opening

Door 101: strike, reader, request-to-exit, door position switch, labor. Each opening gets its own subtotal.

  • 04

    Up to four options

Shared lines that are always included, then options side by side. The client picks one.

  • 05

    Deposit and progress schedule

A percentage or fixed deposit, then milestones such as 50% on approval, 40% at substantial completion and 10% after inspection.

  • 06

    Signature, PO number, deposit

The proposal page takes a typed or drawn signature, an optional PO number for commercial buyers, and the deposit payment in the same flow.

  • 07

    An honest earliest-install date

The proposal can show the longest-lead item and the earliest date you could actually install, worked out from lead times plus your buffer.

  • 08

    Follow-ups on a rule

Not viewed in 2 days, viewed but not approved in 5, about to expire. They stop the moment the client approves or declines.

In practice

From approved to in motion

  1. 1

The client signs and pays the deposit from their phone.

  2. 2

One action turns the estimate into a job with unscheduled visits.

  3. 3

Openings are created from the groups, and a draft PO is made for each vendor.

  4. 4

The deposit invoice is already marked paid and will be applied to the final bill.
