Let clients book, approve and pay without calling you.

A booking page for the residential side, and a portal for commercial clients that lists their sites and doors. Finished jobs turn into review requests on their own.

Included on every plan.

What it does

  • 01

    Three booking modes

Instant booking for fixed-duration residential work, request-a-quote for commercial, and an emergency option for lockouts with your emergency rate.

  • 02

    A portal by magic link

No password. Clients open a link from email or text to approve estimates, pay invoices and see upcoming visits. Links expire after 30 days and can be re-sent or revoked.

  • 03

    Request service on this door

Commercial clients pick the opening. The job arrives with its device list and last service already filled in.

  • 04

    Documents in one place

Proposals, invoices, warranty certificates and the service plan schedule.

  • 05

    Review requests

Sent by text and email 2 hours after completion with your Google link. One request per client every 90 days, and opt-outs are respected.

  • 06

    You choose what clients see

Hide line prices, keep internal notes internal, show or hide the tech's name and photo.

In practice

A rekey booked from a phone

  1. 1

A homeowner picks rekey and a 10 to 12 window for tomorrow on your booking page.

  2. 2

The visit shows up on the calendar marked as booked online.

  3. 3

Confirmation and reminders go out on your sequence.

  4. 4

Two hours after the job is completed, the review request is sent and the click is recorded.
