What Rundown adds

The opening, as a first-class record.

An access control installer sells an opening: door, frame, hardware, electrified devices and controller, with its own lead times and compliance constraints. We did not find a mainstream field service product that models it. That is the reason Rundown exists.

Questions

Rundown or Housecall Pro?

Is Rundown a Housecall Pro alternative?

For commercial door, lock and access control work, yes. If you mainly serve homeowners and want consumer financing, instant payouts or payroll, Housecall Pro covers those and Rundown does not.

Does Rundown offer consumer financing?

No. Commercial buyers rarely use it, so it is not on the near-term roadmap. Rundown supports deposits, progress billing and net terms instead.
